Your Guided Visit ,
Every Step of the Way

STEP 1:

Visit Our Clinic

Your first visit is focused on understanding you. We’ll take time to listen to your concerns, review your health history, and discuss your goals. Your therapist will complete an evidence-based physical assessment and explain things clearly when developing your individualized plan of care.

STEP 2:

Enter a Private Room

Each evaluation session takes place one-on-one in a quiet, private treatment room where you’ll have dedicated time with your therapist.

STEP 3:

Share Your Story

We take time to understand your symptoms, history, and goals so care can be tailored to your individual needs.

STEP 4:

Understand Your Symptoms

Your therapist will explain what may be contributing to your symptoms, helping you better understand your body and treatment options.

STEP 5:

Begin Your Evaluation

We’ll guide you through a physical assessment based on your comfort level and clinical needs, which may include external and internal evaluation when appropriate.

STEP 6:

Leave With a Plan

You’ll leave with a personalized treatment plan built around your goals, timeline, and budget—along with clear next steps, education tailored to your needs, home exercises or strategies when appropriate, and a better understanding of what to expect moving forward.

Your Care Experience

Your first visit is focused on understanding you. We’ll take time to listen to your concerns, review your health history, and discuss your goals. Your therapist will complete an evidence-based physical assessment and explain things clearly when developing your individualized plan of care.

Sessions can include a combination of hands-on therapy, movement-based treatment, and education. We use skilled manual techniques to address areas of tension, restriction, or discomfort, alongside guided movement and exercise to support recovery and help you apply progress in everyday life. All hands-on care is provided thoughtfully and collaboratively, with attention to your comfort, preferences, and goals.

Care at Partnership in Therapy is never rushed and is always tailored to your comfort level and individual needs.

We understand that feeling comfortable and understood is an important part of care. Our approach is individualized and respectful, with attention to privacy, communication, and personal preferences for every patient, including people of all gender identities and backgrounds. All evaluations take place in private treatment rooms. Your comfort, dignity, and sense of safety are priorities throughout your care.

Come as you are. If needed, we will provide appropriate draping or garments to ensure your comfort during treatment. Activewear may be recommended for future appointments for movement-focused treatments.

Appointments typically last between 45 and 60 minutes, depending on your needs and plan of care.

The number of sessions varies depending on your goals, condition, and response to treatment. Your therapist will discuss expectations and progress with you along the way.

Getting Started

That’s very common. If you’re unsure where to start, we encourage you to reach out. Our team is happy to answer questions and help guide you toward the right next step.

Schedule a consultation.

No referral is required to schedule an initial evaluation. You are welcome to begin care with a consultation without a referral.

Under Florida law, a referral from your health care provider is typically required to continue physical therapy beyond the initial evaluation. In addition, some insurance plans may require a referral for coverage. Our team is happy to help you understand what’s needed and guide you through the process.

Fees & Insurance

Partnership in Therapy is an out-of-network physical therapy practice. At the end of each session, we provide a detailed invoice with all necessary codes and information so you may submit for out-of-network reimbursement, if your plan allows. Coverage and reimbursement vary by insurance plan, and we encourage patients to contact their insurance provider directly to understand their benefits.

Payment is due at the time of service and may be made by credit card, debit card, Zelle, HSA/FSA card, cash, or check.

We’ve chosen this model intentionally to provide the level of care our patients deserve. Being out of network allows our therapists to spend more time with each patient, provide truly individualized treatment, and focus on clinical decision-making rather than insurance-driven limitations.

Many patients come to us after receiving care elsewhere that was shorter in duration, less personalized, or constrained by visit limits. While those providers may accept insurance, patients often find they spend a similar amount over time through copays and extended treatment — without achieving the same results.

Our goal is to deliver efficient, effective care that supports meaningful progress, often in fewer visits, and helps patients return to daily life with greater confidence and comfort.

For many patients, yes. While out-of-network care may feel like a larger upfront investment, many patients appreciate the focused attention, clinical expertise, and thoughtful care this model allows.

Sessions are $200, and treatment plans are built to be realistic and sustainable. If your schedule or budget limits how often you can come in, we’ll adjust your plan so you can still move forward with confidence. We’re happy to discuss expectations and help you decide if this approach aligns with your needs.
